This blend has helped me have a more balanced cycle, the pain has decreased and actually most of the time it’s no pain at all, this has allowed me to enjoy this sacred time more and truly connect. I drink it a couple days before I star menstruating and I’ve noticed each month the pain decreases.

I grew up with intense period pain in Western Culture which, for a lot of women, means: an early prescription to birth control and ibuprofen and other pain meds. It sadly was not until my mid-20s where I realized how far away this medication gets you from your body. How I wish this tea was there when I was growing up. Of all the teas I have tried I love this one the most flavor-wise. It helps tremendously with cramps, heavy flow, and feeling more at home in my body. 1000/10 recommend.
