This herb is one of my favorite adaptogens and I reach for this extract anytime I feel my anxiety levels spike. I super appreciate that the extract is infused in coconut glycerin because it makes the effects that much sweeter.
The integrity of generous herbs is undeniable. So many tinctures use alcohol to distill the herbs making the taste not only bitter but also not full preserving the nature of the herbs. Generous Herbs uses coconut oil accentuating the tulsi taste. It makes is so much easier to digest and consume!
